Distracted 03:47
Sometimes I get myself so distracted. I climb my head up into the clouds. But I guarantee I'll hang on every word. I cannot escape the things that are you. I feel you, Set me, I know you, Lift me, I know you, set me, I know you lift me up...and set me free. Sometimes I can't find satisfaction. Like all the words lifted from the walls. But I guarantee I'll fall for every word. I can't escape the dreams that are you. Sometimes I get myself so distracted. I climb my head up in trees. But I guarantee I'll fall for every word. I cannot escape the dreams that are you.

Hot Mess 03:51
Let's lift this weight straight off her chest. 'Cause that's not my baby, that's a hot mess. She's breathin' fire, gonna lose her head. "You're hangry baby!" that's all I said. 'Cause I'll stand, yes, by my woman. She don't bite, just nibble, gotta wiggle my butt straight outta here. 'Cause I'll stand, yes, by my woman. It's not a fight, just riddle, keep it simple and there's nothing left to fear. You gotta good woman you gotta treat her right. Even when those jeans start riding up so high. But the way you say it man its gotta be just right. You'll find yourself in one hell of a fight. Some days its best to just keep your distance. Stand at arm's length before you offer assistance. Better yet man just cut your losses. You'll find out the hard way who the boss is.

Enlightening words spoken from eyes of concern. She's walking in the rain, out looking for love. And I want to be the one she sees, but maybe its all make believe. So I just let her walk on by. Speak to me Sara, I never wanna be....What life is making of me. We used to have dreams spoken intravenously. Their really all dead and fading away. We try to make up lost time, but you're hanging out with satellites and I caught you waving goodbye.

Many a Time 03:48
Well, many a night I wondered where you are. Busy lying to myself with some cherry on my arm. But surely you'll forgive a few stray years. My knees are red and my eyes drowning in tears. Baby, baby, baby you were right on time. Baby, baby, baby could you hold my heart. Well, many a time if the message is lost. Throw your hands to the sky when hope is all you've got. But someday the bottle washes to shore with answered prayers in the sweetest voice. Well, many a time as the days grow long. You try to hold on to the setting sun. The future shines so brightly still. You live, you learn, you love, you gotta hold on.

Tiny Love 03:38
I send my love up to my little lady. The brightest star up in that sky. I know that sounds a little crazy, but I could never deny how bright she shines. Her baby blues are destined to slay me. Gunned down with a smile so genuine. I know that might sound a little shady but I lose my mind nearly every time. Tiny love is it every enough? I lie awake sweatin', sweatin the small stuff. Tiny love, how'd you get so tough? I live awake thinkin', that's enough, that's enough, best to learn to trust.... Best to learn to trust in love. My Lyra C is growing daily. Stretches her wings each and every night. I know that might sound a little space again, but open your eyes as she takes flight. I hold high so high above me. So she can see the world big bright and wide. I know that might sound a little scary, but who am I to decide which path she'll climb. Late at night here words awake me. Sharing her dreams with the birds and starry sky. I know that might keep me pretty restless, but I wouldn't trade a single night. I can sleep when I die.
